Terry was nice and friendly. He came through my house without being spooked by my barking dachshund. He was knowledgeable and sympathetic about my needs. He offered a solution to every problem and even noticed my issues before I mentioned them. He searched out for rebates even calling after he left when he found another. He was thorough and explained in a clear manner to where I could understand. Will request him next time!!

Excellent service provided by Manuel today. Our emergency heat was not working and he discovered the problem and was able to get it fixed. Was very surprised the we placed the call this morning (2 days before Christmas) and he showed up the same day for service. Excellent customer service by Manuel and his company with temperatures well below freezing. Definitely would recommend them!!!

My positive experience with this company started from the very beginning when I spoke to the master electrician, Randy, who is very polite and helped guide me on the proper quote. They were able to fit me in the very next day and install my tesla charger perfectly, and at a reasonable price highly recommend. Stephen did my install.

Stephen was great. He came by on time to install an outlet for my Toto toilet, a breaker and some ring camera floodlights. He did clean work and ran all the wires through the attic. He made sure everything worked and cleaned up after. Pricing was a little on the higher side but quality work.

One day service. Stephen called with eta. He provided an estimate defore starting job in writing. Stephen was polite, very thorough, worked in a timely manner and cleaned the site better than my housekeeper would. Stephen was professional in appearance and even saved me money by using an existing outlet to run my new Smart TV outlet for the new wall mount coming Tuesday. They found the refrigerant leak repl them covered by warranty
After two days found that one of the a/c is not blowing cool air.
Called them and they showed up immediately and identified the issue. The small cap o the outside unit that closes the refrigerant inlet has something stuck inside which pushed the inlet pin and the whole refrigerant drained.
They quickly addressed the problem

I have a service contract with Breeze where they come out twice a year for maintenance of my air conditioning system. This company is awesome. They were on time, they don’t charge you for false services, and from the receptionist to the service techs, they are very friendly and professional. Fernando who is a service tech is very knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and DID NOT ATTEMPT TO HASSLE ME TO BUY OTHER PRODUCTS ONCE HE COMPLETED THE JOB. Our technician, Stephen, was very prompt, courteous & professional. He knew exactly what he was doing & explained the process to us to our satisfaction. And he gave us the total cost before proceeding. He needed to install 2 new bathroom ceiling heaters/fans & did so in just 2 days. I would highly recommend Breeze for All A/C/Heater repair or installation. And the cost was very reasonable.

We had an issue with our receptacle and plastic box feeding blower in the attic. I called Breeze and they told us they would be happy to help but no one was available until the afternoon. To my surprise I received a call from Randy in the morning that he was on their way. Randy was absolutely amazing, he handled the electrical issues and my AC was back on in couple of hours! I am so impressed with this company and Randy most of all! Thank you Randy for taking care of us! I will be recommending this company to friends and family and I will be using them again.

I had to reach out to Breeze for repair on our A/C Unit that was originally installed by them roughly 2.5 years ago. From my first phone call, I spoke with Ashley, I was so pleased with her knowledge and customer service. She even arranged for a technician to come out that same day for inspection. An evaporator coil had to be ordered but was on back order. However, I never had to call and check on the progress because they kept me updated. Terry Birl, our technician that came out for inspection was also the one to come out to do the repair. He was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered any and all of our questions we had and most importantly fixed our issue. Every single person I spoke to on the phone and Terry were not just good but outstanding! Thank y’all for such amazing service!!!

I used Breeze Air, Heat and Electrical to diagnose an aging system in my new home. They're technician Terry was very kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the system and answer additional questions we had. I am shopping for quotes based on the replacement he recommended, but if they're price is competitive I would have no problem using this company in the future.

Our home is 6 years old and we've had nothing but issues with our system since the first month, always getting the runaround from the original installers. Six years in and our unit just stopped working. We called the builder's emergency line, who called Jimmy, who is a man of his word, who called Breeze and we got Ronnie, our tech. Leslie was the initial contact at Breeze and she listened to our needs attentively, repeated all we were experiencing so we know she was listening, and kept her promise with getting us help as soon as possible. This was a Saturday and on Tuesday after the holiday, Ronnie was here first thing in the morning. Ronnie came and talked us through every scenario and got to work. Although he tested everything after replacing parts, there was a an inside wiring issue from the original installation. Needless to say the original installers are out of business. Ronnie fixed what was needed, but one more issue popped up and Ashley was the next person we spoke with at Breeze. She said with the cold snap coming in, she would get Ronnie back to us the same day and he was here. They seem to care about their customers. Ronnie wanted to make sure we were good to go and finished up last night with the replacement of outside wiring. You made this very uncomfortable situation more pleasant and kept us at ease knowing the work would get done right...not with Band-Aid on the issue, but properly fixed. Thank you!

Terry from Breeze Air & Heat company was very professional and took care of all the repairs very diligently. He explained to us about every aspects of the repair and also the maintenance work. I would definitely recommend him for fixing any repairs or installation in future. He was also very helpful in installation of the REME-HALO indoor air purification system appliance and explained the working aspects of this unit.

Stephen came out to replace track lighting and install new small flush mount lights. It is a somewhat complex job because of the location of the power source and the fact that it is a residential highrise. He was straightforward and came up with the feasible options for my particular situation

We bought a generator and asked Randy to install the lock out and new circuit breakers to the Breaker Box, and install a power cord receptacle to be able to take power from the generator in case of power outage. We checked a number of Electrical companies. Breeze was the most reasonable. Randy arrived with all the right parts and worked steadily for a couple hours. When the hardware was installed he walked us through operation of the generator and to ensure we were comfortable with the safety procedures etc. we are totally and absolutely satisfied. Could not ask for anything more. Randy was courteous, professional, and thorough. I would recommend this service to anyone without hesitation. Perfectly done!

TLDR: I thought this was a simple job and I could get by with the lowest bidder. I got what I paid for and the job is done competently despite some mismanagement. I contracted Breeze to run a new electrical line for a hot tub in my back yard, including running a connection through the attic outside and through a trench to the designated spot. Randy was very responsive and answered all my questions via email before the job and they came in with the lowest bid. Stephen and an assistant came to my home and started the job on time. It seems there was a dispute of some sort and I was told multiple times in varying tones by Stephen that the assistant was incompetent. This was said right in front of him, we 2 middle-aged white men talking about a young black man. It got real uncomfortable real quick. I could see multiple trenches dug and some filled in. The assistant quit and walked out half way through (I would have done the same under such treatment - I was planning to offer him a $100 tip for putting up with it if he stayed). Randy came in to help finish the job and it was completed successfully. When done, Stephen showed me the work and offered to borrow my rake to rake up the lawn covered in dirt. I agreed but he did not do it and left after payment. I'll be covering it with a deck anyway so the fact that it's not finished quality is not too important to me. Wouldn't care to work with Stephen again though.

They added a transfer switch to the house to make hooking up my portable generator to the house super easy and at a good price. Randy was very knowledgeable getting things ordered and scheduled over the phone and email. Steven did a great job with the install with minimal power disruption. Also fixed a grounding issue and added a new light fixture and switch.

Our AC was knocked out of service during the recent thunderstorm. Breeze Air and Heat and specifically Manuel, did a GREAT job for us! Manuel diagnosed the problem immediately and had to leave to get the part that needed to be replaced. He returned quickly and had the new part installed within minutes. He then provided maintanence and made sure the rest of the AC system was in good working order. Manuel was so professional, polite and knowledgeable! Based on my experience, I HIGHLY recommend Breeze Air and Heating!

Our alarm would beep 3 times every several weeks or so and we had no idea what was causing it. Stephen replaced all 5 of our hard-wired alarms, cleaned them, and checked the wiring. He repaired anything that needed it, and was extremely thorough. He was on time, professional and completed the job in good time. He explained everything as he preformed each part of the project so that it made sense.

I appreciate their kindness and follow-up. Stephen is definitely our preferred technician. Every time he has come to service or repair an electrical issue he has taken his time to explain and answer any questions about the service he is performing. He is detailed but does the service in a timely manner. Stephen is friendly, attentive and provides exceptional customer service. Randy was excellent and knowledgeable. To come out and diagnose the problem as only $89, a lot cheaper than the usual $125 and $150 fee other companies charge. Randy ended up changing 2 electrical breakers to our old house. The company was great about confirming the appointment and also sent a picture of the technician via text before his arrival which I appreciated.

Disappointed. This is the 3rd time I have had issues with my unit since I moved into my house. The company has done a good job so far resolving my heating/air issues up until now. On my last appointment, the time frame passed for my appointment so I called to see if a technician was still coming or not. When I called, the person I spoke with seemed confused and my appointment on file. She apologized and said a technician would be in contact with me. The technician called the next day and let me know that they were not able to make it to appointments due to weather, although my heat was not working I was understanding and was willing to reschedule. I then decided to submit a warranty request through my builder since my home is still very new; the building manager called to see if anyone had made an appointment with me a couple days later and I told him no one reached out. He reached out again and an appointment was then set up successfully. I ended up mistaking the day my appointment was on and did not have my personal cell to receive the notification (left at home, I was out of town working). Instead of being understanding (as I was when no one called or showed for my ORIGINAL appointment), I am being charged $60 for missing the technician. The mistake was definitely on me, but to to be charged that much after everything that’s happened is disappointing.

Had a tech named Fernando come out. Super easy and quick service. Super professional.

Truly cannot thank the team enough! Randy and Ashley were able to fit me in for a next day appointment after I relayed to them that I’d come into town and noticed that my elderly aunts a/c was dying! They went out of their way to make sure that they could come to re-wire her electrical to support the new unit I had purchased for her. Our family is going through a hard time with my grandmother being in hospice at the house in extreme heat conditions and they sent Stephen and another tech out who were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient in getting the job done. They found the least invasive way to open the drywall to feed the wires through, and even installed a new faceplate on my great aunts switch by the front door because they saw she didn’t have one. Ok so I recently used them for services. Wrote a post about how things started. Honesty it didn’t look good but I will be honest with myself. After more research, a call from the owner himself, and the employee Xavier I will be changing my mind about this company. They do care and got my a/c going. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars for this service after a little delayed start and confusion. Xavier is awesome and a very hard working guy/veteran! Will be requesting him for future services. He and an owner who cared to listen to the first hand issues I was having was nice and they are gone. Can’t give a perfect 5 but I think a 4 and future business from me is a start. I will recommend using them! So ignore the first post I sent as I have reconsidered this company. Xavier really helped that! Thanks for getting me up and running house feels great!

The technician showed up between the time that was given. They were very friendly and worked almost without knowing they were still there. Based on this experience I will utilize Breeze as my “go to” business for this type of work. I am very impressed. I am also scheduling them to install my charger at the new location after close. My air conditioner went out late Saturday evening and I chose not to call until Sunday morning. I left a message with an answering service and heard back from Jason within an hour. Jason scheduled a service call for Terry to come out and diagnose our system on a Sunday. Terry arrived promptly was very professional and resolved our problem within a couple of hours. I run a service business and understand what promptness and customer service means and they definitely exceeded my expectation. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Our church sanctuary had 2 units that had been there since 1969 and they were finally done!! Jason did an amazing job giving us a very comparable bid an made sure both systems got installed asap! Mark was professional, efficient, and tidy as he serviced our HVAC system. Super friendly and upfront as he offered advice as to future upkeep of our system.

The technician was professional. He did a thorough job explaining everything. The only thing I did not like was the price. They are making bank! They charged me $295 for a 10 minute leak detection test. Altogether I was out $1800 to diagnose and replace my air handler which was still covered by the parts warranty.

Fernando was here did his complete check up of my system. He inspected and check both the AC and furnace. He did his inspection quickly and efficiently. He helped me a bit with the app. I appreciate his time and thoroughness and his answering my questions. I will request him for my next checkup.

We had aluminum wiring risks alleviated with great work from Steve and team as well as some other electrical upgrades. They were great at explaining the work. I was most impressed with their level of clean up during and at the completion of the work. Very conscientious about the workspace and any potential for a mess left behind. Thanks!

(A/C - Heat Problem on our John Houston Home)
We have been trying to go thru the proper channels to have our System looked at to no avail. One day I stopped by the John Houston Model Home in Somerset on 287 and I was able to talk to a Representative that worked at the the Main Office. I explained how unhappy we were with the JH Warranty Department. She gave me her Business Card and took my info down. Within 24 Hours I was contacted and was promptly put in contact with the correct people. We have an outdoor Unit made by Armstrong. According to JH, our Extended Warranty is covered by a company called Breeze Air & Heat. I called them on Monday morning and they had a Technician out that afternoon. The technician Fernando was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain how our system works, being a 2 Story House with 1 Unit and Zoned Heating and Cooling. He answered all of our questions and was able to locate a problem we were having. We have Ecobee Thermostats (about to change them out to Honeywell and send in a Reimbursem*nt Claim to United Co-Op Services). The problem we were having is whenever the downstairs Thermostat was on, air was still coming thru the vents upstairs even though the upstairs Thermostat was off. He tracked down the dampers leading to the upstairs unit and discovered that the motor on the damper was in the open position at all times. He fixed that problem now we should have better airflow through the entire House. I would recommend contacting Breeze Air & Heat.

Xavier Chavez, HVAC maintenance technician, provided excellent professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service insuring that our unit was operating properly for the upcoming winter months. He conducted quality checks on the outside unit as well as the attic unit. His excellent communication skills provided oral and written reports for the tests he ran. We felt comfortable asking questions that we had during the visit. We will continue to ask for Xavier Chavez to be our maintenance technician for all future visits. We are very pleased to have Breeze Air, Heat and Electrical as our HVAC maintenance provider and highly recommend them.

I had a light on my patio entryway that was blowing out bulbs and then just wouldn’t turn on. I scheduled an appointment for 8am Monday. Stephen showed up about 15 minutes early and immediately went to work. He noticed we had faulty wiring and the light fixture itself was also broken. He replaced the wiring for a fair price and completed the job in about 40 minutes. We will definitely call Breeze again if we need any more work done!

My air conditioner has not been working correctly for 4 weeks! 2 different technicians came out added coolant and said it was fixed. By the end of the week it was not cooling again. Roney did an awesome job of looking for the problem. There was an leak! He even shown proof that the other techs did not look for the issue, everything was still sealed. Thank you so much Roney for finding and fixing the leak.

Blake did an excellent job, we experienced for our very first summer in New home, the ac wasn't cooling properly. Thanks to Blake it's cold in the house. Several techs came out , all said every thing is good. Blake discovered there were 3 leaks. Thank you so much Blake, job well done ?.

Knowledgeable, answered all my questions and work was done in a timely manner. I use them to make sure I keep my Unit maintained so I don’t have to wait for a problem to occur. They offer a reasonable yearly maintenance plan and come out twice a year to check over the whole unit.

Miguel Torres, did a great job, but his boss not so much. The experience was the opposite of customer service to say the least. On my new build they came out and accidentally(I guess) put in two different thermostats(one Zwave, one wifi) and all I wanted was for them to offer some sort of fix for the problem and inconvience of their mistake. I asked if I could give them their Wifi Thermostat back in exchange for the lower priced model number Zwave thermostat. I explained that that would help me out because Zwave was the technology that is compatible with my security system. So my resolution was to give them back the higher prices wifi Thermostat for the Z-Wave. But, this guy said he would have to charge me to make an even swap and there was absolutely no rational for this. I was assuming the resolution to the error on their end would have been to say, I'm sorry Sir for the inconvenience, how can we make it right?
Which thermostat would you like since we have one of each. He tried to say they were different prices , I know what the prices are because I have the freakin model numbers . They are both about $105 dollars with the wifi one being a bit more expensive. He just refused to service the customer and to make it right on my end at absolutely no cost to them. So, he wasn't going to make me pay for the wifi one, but was going to make me pay for the Z-Wave one??. Yeah makes no sense. And so what if it was actually going cost them a small amount of money to give me the one I wanted, what difference would it have made to them in the least. But it made a huge difference to me the customer. Your going to risk a bad review and negative feedback over a simple thermostat that literally would have cost you nothing?

My AC stopped blowing out cold air. I called this place up and they sent out this tech. I believe his name was Xavier Chavez. He was pretty friendly and knew his stuff. He pointed out what was wrong with my unit and told me my options. He ended up fixing it and now my house is cool again. I would recommend this place. I keep the business card on my fridge.

Very polite and professional but missed the time window by 2 hours not saying I’m mad but would’ve been nice to get a call saying they will be late. Overall the experience was good now waiting for them to come back to install the new motor.

We had Breeze install a new electrical panel on our property. They were prompt and professional. They even came out during the worst storm of the century, and stood in the snow for hours. I'd highly recommend them.

Breeze upgraded our electrical by adding a transformer, new panel, and outlet. They quoted us the lowest price AND the fastest delivery (thank you Randy). So, it was a no-brainer picking them. After the work was completed, we have no complaints. We hired them previously to repair some circuits that had been improperly wired. Before that, we had them quote an HVAC repair (the only reason we didn't choose them for the HVAC repair was that we got a slightly lower price from someone else). The HVAC technician they sent and the electrician they sent (Stephen) were knowledgeable straight shooters. If we need HVAC or electrical in the future, Breeze will definitely be one of the contractors we ask to quote again. :)

This company I would never use I had a new home built last year my AC is still under warranty and they will not come out repair it they said it would be $2000 to fix so I hired a different company that will fix it for 500 so when they come out to fix it they have special locks for breeze air and breeze air will not come take them off because we are using a different company they said they lost the tool to take them off it is Record breaking heat in Texas and I have to sit with my home hot because they won’t take the locks off and I don’t owe them any money and tri point homes built my home and they fired this company because of their bad service and not taking care of warranties

The techs Raul and Enoc were great and knowledgeable. Did the little extra things for no upcharge.. I will call this company for all hvac maintenance and repair for life with this kind of service.
