Bread dosa recipe is an easy and instant way of preparing dosa with leftover bread slices. If you want to make delicious dosa but no time to grind batter then you will love this instant bread dosa. No soak and no fermentation required for this dosa and goes well with chutney, sambar!
This instant bread dosa is the easiest dosa recipe you can prepare during busy mornings. This dosa with bread tastes good and you can make it crispy just like wheat dosa or rava dosa. In fact this bread dosa tastes very similar to wheat dosa with slight chewy texture.
I do make instant dosas home often. Along with this you can also make adai, rava dosa, neer dosa, oats dosa, coconut dosa.
Some Tips For Making Perfect Bread Dosa
- Curd is the important ingredient in bread dosa.Make sure the curd you use is slightly sour as we are not leaving the batter for fermentation. You need curd like what you will use for rava idli.
- I have added finely chopped onions and green chilies to this dosa, again you can add or leave out onions as per your taste, you can even add more vegetables like grated carrot, cabbage to this recipe to make it more healthy and nutritious.
More easy bread recipes you might like are bread cigar rolls , potato stuffed bread rolls, bread upma , bread gulab jamun

Notes
1.The color of this dosa is dark because I used wheat bread.
