So wewill see if we see him at the meet and greet. Anyway, as I’ve saidbefore, we always have a great time at JR’s Meet and greet, so ifyou are going to be in town, stop in and let’s talk. Some choose Airbnb. Others go the more traditional routeand stay at one of the fine hotels or resorts in Vallarta. Otherslook to various websites for the less traditional places, likecondominiums. In Puerto Vallarta, many people have purchasedvacation properties, they are condominiums for the most part. Andas part of the plan for many of these buyers, they rent out theirunit when they aren’t using it. You know, like if they have to workto earn money to take the time off for a well-deserved break inParadise. So, they find a property manager to rent out the unit, tocover the costs of ownership in the meantime. And my guest in oneof these property managers. Actually, Tim Longpre was a suggestionfrom JR who told me that if I wanted to talk to one of the largest, and best known of vacation rental companies, I need to talk withTim Longpre’ of PVRPV,Property Rentals. And when JR says I should talk tosomeone, I listen. So I went down to the offices ofPVRPV, on thesouthside on Puerto Vallarta, and had a conversation with TimLongpre, of PVRPV.
