On February 1, 2024, TNA hosted a new episode of TNA Impact on AXS TV and via its YouTube channel.

The show was headlined by Bullet Club War Dogs's Ace & Bey Club (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) facing The Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) in the first of their Best of Three Series of the TNA Men's Tag Titles. The full results are listed below.

TNA IMPACT (2/1/2024).

  • After a video recap of the 1/25/2024 episode of TNA IMPACT, Tom Hannifan & Matt Rhewoldt welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
  • Nic Nemeth vs. Trey Miguel (w/ Zachary Wentz of The Rascalz).
    • Steve Maclin & The Rascalz attacked Nemeth after the match, laying him out on the mat.
  • The Design (Kon & Deaner) had a vignette backstage where Deaner said that it was time to regroup, but Kon responded by saying that The Design is dead and he would prove who the baddest man in TNA was starting tonight.
  • Steve Maclin & The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz), but they were interrupted by Mike Bailey. Bailey asked Miguel & Wentz if he wanted to go again, but Maclin pulled Wentz back and told them that tonight would not be the night.
  • TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions DECAY (Rosemary & Havok) def. Mila Moore & Savannah Thorne.
    • As they match the match, Gia Miller interviewed MK Ultra (Killer Kelly & Masha Slamovich). They said that they wanted a rematch for No Surrender, but they were confronted by Dani Luna & Jody Threat. Threat will face Slamovich later tonight.
  • Josh Alexander was the guest for "Sound Check" hosted by Alan Angels. After talking about becoming TNA's new world beater, Alan Angels said that there may have been a name who deserves some credit for helping him be on the spot he is at before saying that Alexander was not being a decent example for his son. Alexander told Angels he crossed the line and stormed out of the interview.
  • Brian Myers (w/ Alisha Edwards & Eddie Edwards of The System) def. Kevin Knight.
    • Myers & Edwards were about to attack Knight after the match, but KUSHIDA came to the ring to make the save.
  • TNA X-Division Champion Chris Sabin was interviewed backstage and asked what was Mustafa Ali's intentions with TNA. In response, a video vignette air on the TV in the background, where he said that he had his eyes on Sabin's title to make TNA a better company. After that video, John Skyler & Jason Hotch interrupted before Sabin challenged Skyler to a match next week. The match was made official and the X-Division Title was for next week.
  • Frankie Kazarian came to the ring to explain betraying Eric Young in the first episode of the new era of TNA. Kazarian said that he had been a soldier of TNA, but he was here to become the new face of TNA, even if that meant losing some friends or the support of the fans, saying that Young was collateral damage. Kazarian said that he would no longer be taken for granted, and he did not mind walking that path alone.
  • Mustafa Ali addresses TNA fans.
  • A look back on Jordynne Grace's appearance in the 2024 Women's WWE Royal Rumble Match.
  • The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, Alisha Edwards & TNA World Champion Moose) walked backstage before being confronted by Alex Shelley, who demanded a rematch for the TNA Title, which Moose accepted before telling Shelley he would find out how The System works.
  • There was a vignette of Ash by Elegance teasing her arrival.
  • Deaner came tot eh ring and admitted that, as of right now, The Design is dead and it might have been his fault for trying to bring Violent By Design and reboot it. Deaner said that if something was dead, it would not come back to life, which led to PCO interrupting and leading to a match.
  • PCO def. Deaner.
    • After the match, PCO was attacked by Kon. Kon picked Deaner up, but Kon laid Deaner out with a wicked lariat before snapping Deaner's neck. PCO rose back up, but Kon laid him out with a Chokeslam before choking him out. Kon has reached his Ascencion.
  • AJ Francis met with Rich Swann backstage, where he once again offered his services to Swann. Swann said that whatever Francis was selling, he was not buying. Francis tried to show Swann his appeal by trying to sweet talk Rhino, but Rhino told him the following: "f*ck off".
    Francis said that he was the reason rhinos were extinct. Swann told Francis that no one messed with him, but Francis responded by saying that money did.
  • There was a video package showing TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace preparing for the 2024 Women's WWE Royal Rumble. Grace said that it did not feel real until the day when she realized she would be representing TNA in front of 50,000 people. Grace will return next week to team with Trinity against Gisele Shaw & Savannah Evans.
  • Masha Slamovich (w/ Killer Kelly) def. Jody Threat (w/ Dani Luna).
  • The System (Moose, Brian Myers, Alisha Edwards & Eddie Edwards) attacked KUSHIDA backstage before Alex Shelley ran them off.
  • TNA World Tag Team Championship Best-of-Three Series - Match #1: Grizzled Young Vets (James Drake & Zack Gibson) def. Bullet Club's Ace & Bey Connection (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) (c).
